I have never felt more honored that when Hannah & Elliot asked me to photograph their wedding.
Hannah is a farmer florist and the master behind @farmerhands and @thewreathroom. She is Full Belly Farm prodigy—her mama has been farming at Full Belly since before she was born. The woman knows weddings, and everything she touches is infused with beauty and intention. Receiving her email was one of the top professional moments of my career. It was an obvious yes!
The day started with a late morning ceremony in the flower fields with their nearest and dearest. Followed by a picnic lunch in the walnut grove, portraits in the wreath room, and a casual pizza party with live music back at the farmhouse.
These two poured their hearts into planning a day that was entirely them. And then their people showed up with presence and grace, wore their emotions on their sleeves, and reflected that love back in the most beautiful way. It was an honor to witness. I feel endlessly grateful that H & E trusted me to capture their big, big love.
